All orders received by 12pm EST are processed & shipped same day excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received after 12pm EST are shipped on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an order confirmation email including a tracking number. You can also check if your order has shipped by using our Order Status Lookup.

Economy Shipping: $3.95 Flat Rate FREE On All Domestic Orders Over $50!

  • Economy shipping is available throughout the U.S. excluding Alaska & Hawaii.
  • 7-14 Business days via FedEx SmartPost. SmartPost packages will receive FedEx package tracking but will be delivered at the final destination by the U.S. Postal Service Monday through Saturday.
  • Taxes & Shipping do not qualify towards minimum purchase requirement for Free Shipping.
  • All orders received by 12pm EST are processed & shipped same day excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received after 12pm EST are shipped on the next business day.
  • Due to shipping limitations, orders including Shoes or Handbags do not qualify for Economy Shipping and can only be shipped via Standard Shipping.

Standard Shipping: $5.95 Flat Rate Domestic / $19.95 Flat Rate Alaska & Hawaii BEST VALUE!

  • Standard shipping ships via FedEx Ground or Priority Mail depending on the location the order is being shipped to and is available throughout the U.S.
  • All orders being shipped to a PO box or to an APO/FPO, will automatically ship Priority Mail.
  • 3-5 Business days via FedEx or US Postal Service. FedEx delivers Monday through Friday. The US delivers Monday through Saturday.
  • All orders received by 12pm EST are processed & shipped same day excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received after 12pm EST are shipped on the next business day.
  • Shoes & Bags are sent separately via UPS Ground and are not available for Economy Shipping, Express Shipping, International orders, or on orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Military Addresses. While the rest of your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of Shoes & Bags. Also be sure to give a physical address as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Additional Shipping Limitation: We are not responsible if there is a delay with UPS, FedEx or USPS due to weather conditions or natural disasters. If you would like guarantee your package to arrive on time, please expedite your order with FedEx 2nd Day or FedEx Overnight.

FedEx 2nd Day Shipping: $11.95 Flat Rate Domestic / $24.95 Flat Rate Alaska & Hawaii

  • 2 Business days via FedEx. FedEx delivers Monday through Friday.

FedEx Overnight Shipping: $19.95 Flat Rate Domestic / $34.95 Flat Rate Alaska & Hawaii

  • FedEx Overnight shipping is available throughout the U.S.
  • Express shipping is not available for PO boxes or for an APO/FPO.
  • 1 Business days via FedEx. FedEx delivers Monday through Friday.
  • All orders received by 12pm EST are processed & shipped same day excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received after 12pm EST are shipped on the next business day.

Canada Priority: $19.95 Flat Rate / $36.95 Flat Rate To Remote Areas

  • Canada Priority shipping is available throughout Canada.
  • Canada Priority generally ships via FedEx International Economy. All orders being shipped to a PO box or to an APO/FPO, will automatically ship US Postal Service First Class Mail International.
  • 3-8 Business days via FedEx or U.S. Postal Service. FedEx delivers Monday through Friday. U.S. Postal Service delivers Monday Through Saturday.
  • All orders received by 12pm EST are processed & shipped same day excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received after 12pm EST are shipped on the next business day.
  • Any customs transactions are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns and Exchanges



Easy Return

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original packaging within 30 days, and we will gladly exchange it or refund you for the price of the merchandise. All items must be unworn, unwashed and with their original tags.

For your safety and the safety of others, FlirtCatalog.com strictly complies with all Health Code regulations. All sales of opened hosiery, bodystocking, teddies, panties, wigs, underwear, and most swimwear, are final, and returns will not be accepted. Items that smell of perfume or smoke or have been exposed to pet hair, will also not be returned.

Halloween Return & Exchange policy

  • Halloween costumes ordered before October 19th must be returned within 15 calendar days of invoice date for a full refund or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Halloween costumes ordered after October 18th and before October 26th are only eligible for exchanges. In the event the exchange is not available, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the item
  • Halloween costumes ordered after October 25th are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Halloween costumes returned to FlirtCatalog.com for orders placed after October 25th will be refused and returned to sender

Once your return is received and inspected, we will either exchange it or issue a refund depending on what you have selected on your return form. Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time. Please note that some credit card company may take additional 2-10 business days to post the credit to your account.

Items that are not returned within 30 days, or that are not in their original condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Clearance

All Clearance items are final and are not refundable.

Applicable Fees for Return and Exchanges

Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for shipping fees on returns. Should you choose to exchange an item, Flirt will ship the new item with free shipping – US orders only.

  • Fill out the back of the packing slip that you received with your shipment and complete the appropriate box depending on whether you want to return or exchange your item. Download a blank Packing Slip.
  • Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received. Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact.
  • If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box. If you do not have the original box, use a sturdy box to prevent damage while in transit. We are not responsible for damage to product in transit back to us.
  • To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or Certified mail where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to track the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary.
