Shipping Policies

Shipping within the United States

Shipping within the United States costs $5.99 per order for orders under $50. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $50 for orders shipped within the United States. Promotional coupons and discounts, where applicable, will be deducted from your item subtotal and may affect your order’s Free Shipping eligibility.

Your shipment should arrive in approximately 3 – 10 business days.

We use UPS, USPS and FedEx to deliver packages within the United States.

We can ship to PO Box addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Addresses and US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands). Express Shipping within United States

Customers have the option of choosing express shipping within the Contiguous United States to a physical address only. Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for express shipping. Your shipment should arrive in 2-4 business days; estimates do not include weekends. Before you select express shipping, please note that a signature may be required and that we cannot deliver express to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US Territories. Express Shipping costs $10.95 plus $1.99 per additional item.

Military Apo/Fpo Addresses

We ship to APO/FPO Military addresses. Costs will fall within United States shipping costs. Please note we are not able to ship Express to APO/FPO Military addresses.

Orders directed to an APO/FPO address are unable to be traced. If you wish your order to be sent to an APO/FPO address, lost or misdirected packages cannot be the responsibility of Perfume.com. If you are shipping to an APO/FPO address overseas, please be aware that shipping times increase to 2 – 4 weeks. Due to world events impacting the United States and other countries, shipments to certain military addresses may be delayed for up to 8 weeks.

International Shipping Back

Shipping to Canada

Shipping to Canada costs $9.95 per order, plus a handling fee of $1.99 per item. Your shipment should arrive in approximately 6 – 12 business days. Once the package reaches your country it will be processed and handled by Customs for appropriate clearance. Your package will be delivered by Canada Post.

Return Policies

We want you to be satisfied when you buy perfumes and fragrances online. If for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase or gift, you may return the item in its original condition to Perfume.com. We will gladly accept returns for any Perfume.com products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the DELIVERY date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item as soon as you decide that you do not want the product.

Please note we do not refund shipping charges. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, refused or returned packages, unless we made an error. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to returned items that have been used/open and/or not returned in their original condition and packaging. We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error.

All hair care products, opened or unopened, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Due to Health reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for skin care products. Please make your selections with care.

Please note that we try to be as accurate as possible with photos but do not always have a pictures of individual sizes, body lotions, shower gels, gift sets, etc. We may not always have accurate photo representation of products, and may have shown a generic picture to indicate a line of products. Never order based on the picture shown, only order based on description.

Refunds Back

It may take up to 30 business days to process the return and issue a refund. We will notify you via email once your return and refund has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take approximately one billing cycle to post your refund. In some cases the tracking number for the package you return to us may be required in order to receive your refund.

Please note the amount refunded for returned items exclude discounts/coupons, meaning you will be refunded only for the amount you were charged.

How Do I Return An Item?

You MUST contact Customer Service first to receive a return authorization. E-mail us or call us toll free at 1-800-645-9251 prior to shipping your package back. If emailing please specify your order number, first and last name, the item and reason for the return and whether the product has been opened and/or used.

Please follow the simple steps below
1. Contact Perfume.com Customer Service at 1-800-645-9251 to receive a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA #), return instructions, and return mailing address. Clearly print the return mailing address, your name, address, phone number, order number including your RMA # and reason for the return.
2. Place the merchandise in the original shipping box. If the original packaging is not available, please use a sturdy box to prevent damage in transit.
3. Return the package to us using the delivery service of your choice. You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been processed.
4. Please ensure you keep a record of the tracking number for the package you are returning to us, as it may be required in order to receive the refund.

We will issue a refund to your credit card for the price of the item you return.

It can take up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
