We ship via U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or other carrier at our discretion. These packages usually arrive within 5-10 business days. A shipping charge of $5.00 applies to orders up to $69.99. Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge.
All delivery times shown are estimates. Our carriers will not guarantee arrival dates of packages. Please keep this in mind if time is critical. Days in transit begins on the first business day after an order is shipped. All transit days are business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
UPS cannot deliver to P.O. or APO boxes. UPS does not deliver on Saturday.
Insurance
You may insure your shipment at checkout for an additional fee of $2.00. We highly recommend that you select this option. If your order is insured, HerRoom will promptly resend your order if the package cannot be located within 15 business days from the date you notify us that the package has not been received, or as soon as the replacement items are available. Please understand this timeframe is what our carriers require when insurance claims are submitted.
If you reject the insurance option at the time of purchase, HerRoom will not be responsible for merchandise that may be lost or damaged in transit.
For your protection, orders over $150 may be sent "Signature Required".
International Shipping
HerRoom has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping bag and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.
Shipping costs may vary considerably based on four factors:
- Order size & weight
- Destination country
- Shipping preference
- Duties & taxes collected by your government

Email Shipment Confirmation
On the day your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number. We usually send these confirmations towards the end of the day.
A Word About HerRoom's Packaging
Most of HerRoom's packaging material is recyclable and much is made from recycled content. Both our boxes and envelope mailers have recycled content. The satin wrap tissue is made of 70% recycled material. All of these, along with the poly bags your lingerie pieces come in, are completely recyclable. So when you receive your purchase we hope you love your new undies and will recycle the rest.

Our Easy Return Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. That’s why we offer a 30-day* 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase unless you instruct us otherwise. Please allow us 15-20 business days to receive and process your return.
How to Return Goods

Important notes about returning undergarments
- Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.
- By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. Please try these items on over your own underwear.
- We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
- We also ask that, due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups, you return items in a protective box to insure a full credit.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
Our Simple Exchange Policy
We gladly pay for the re-shipping cost of exchanged merchandise (one exchange per order, please).
Exchange by phone - Call us at 800-558-6779. We’ll send in-stock items right away and credit your return once it is received and processed (please allow 3-4 weeks)
Exchange by Priority Mail - Simply list the new items you'd like in exchange on the return form and include the form in your return package (We strongly suggest Certified or Insured mail).
Errors or Damaged Merchandise
In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect items, simply contact our customer service department and request a pre-paid label. Upon receipt of the label, return the item(s) along with a note of explanation. Our mistake will cost you nothing.
Special Notes
- Late Returns/Exchanges - If more than 30 days have passed since your package shipped and you would like to exchange/refund any of your items, we reserve the right to accept or refuse them. If accepted, a $10 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.
- Final Sale Items - Items ending in a sale price of $.99 are FINAL sale items. These items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
